5:00PM, 5:30PM, 6:15PM, 6:45PM, 7:30PM, 8:00PM, & 8:45PM

For the safety of our guests and team, each table accommodates up to 4 guests at a time. If parties are larger than 4 guests, it is suggested to secure two separate reservations for the same day & time. However, neighboring tables cannot be combined in order to remain social distancing.

Understanding the health circumstances is our our top priority, we want to take serious protocols upon every little detail for the safety measure of our guests, team, and our community as we open our patio and continue to service our carryout option. We want to carefully and thoughtfully take actions to continue to provide the Lao experience that we all miss dearly.

We require our guests to wear masks:

- when arriving to the host stand

- if not eating or drinking during the meal

- if getting up from the table at any time or reason

- when entering in to our building to use the restroom

All team members are required to wear face masks, gloves and temperature checks before shift. Individual hand sanitizer and a QR code of our menu will be provided at each table.

In chance of inclement weather, some of our tables will be under umbrellas while some would not be. However if the weather becomes severe, we will be unable to move your meal indoors. If you do not feel taking a risk dining in the patio, we can convert your reservation to a carryout order or reschedule for another time per request.

If you wish to request a change in your reservation due to severe weather, please call us at (202)-387-5426 or email at contact@thipkhao.com
